For roofers, plumbers, joiners, sparks and more
Email the job photo. We post it. You get back to work.
Snap the job, email it from the van with one line, and we turn it into proper posts for Facebook, Instagram and Google, tagged with the area so local people find you.
You email us. The finished answer lands back in your inbox.
No apps to learn. You give us access to your pages, we do the rest. Your accounts stay in your name.
Why trades use it
-
Ten seconds from the van
Photos and a line like "new boiler in Baillieston". Spelling and grammar don't matter. We write it up properly.
-
Found in your area
Posts are tagged with the area the job was in, with local hashtags, so people nearby see your work.
-
Busy even when you're flat out
We spread your photos over the week, so your pages keep posting in the weeks you're too busy to think about it.
How it works
Email the job
Photos or a clip and one line to [email protected]. As many photos as you like.
We make the posts
We pick the best shots, write them up, tag the area and plan them across the week.
They go live
On your Facebook, Instagram and Google profile. Prefer to see them first? Choose approve-first.

In your inbox, every day you post and every week. No dashboards, no apps, no guessing if it's working.
- A short daily email on days we post: what went out, a link to it, and the early likes, comments and reach.
- A fuller weekly email: what worked best and why, what your customers responded to, the best time to post, and ideas for next week.
The more weeks you're with us, the more we learn about what works for your customers.

Tagged by area, never by street
Phones save where a photo was taken. We use that to name the area, like Craigend or Baillieston, and add local hashtags. If the location's missing, we just ask "which area was this job in?"
We only ever name the area. We take the hidden location out of the photos before posting, and we never show the street or house, so your customer's address stays private.

Questions
Where does it all go?
Straight into your inbox. Every reply's subject line starts "Just Email It |", so it's easy to search, or to file into one folder automatically.
- Gmail: create a filter for the subject "Just Email It" and apply a label.
- Outlook: use Rules to move it to a folder.
- iPhone Mail: search "Just Email It".
How do we get set up?
You give us access to your pages, we do the rest. Your accounts stay in your name.
How many photos should I send?
As many as you like. We pick the best and spread them across the week. Your own photos of your own work are best.
Will you show the customer's address?
Never. We name the area only, take the hidden location out of photos, and avoid house numbers and number plates.
What if I don't have a Facebook Page or Google profile?
We can set them up for you in your name. Google makes every business confirm who they are, usually with a short video or a postcard, so that part needs you.
Can I see posts before they go out?
Yes. Choose approve-first and we'll email each post to you before it goes live.
Can you promise more work?
No one honestly can. What we promise is that your pages keep showing your work, tagged with the areas you cover, and you see what went out each week.
How much does it cost?
Get in touch and we'll explain the options. No contracts: 30-day rolling, cancel any time.
